Ingredients
10 oz silken tofu
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
2 tablespoon maple syrup
7 oz vegan dark chocolate
Directions
Place the silken tofu, peanut butter, almond milk, and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Set up a double boiler b filling a small saucepan with 2 inches of water and set over medium heat on the stove top. Place a heatproof bowl on top ensuring the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Add the chocolate to the bowl and slowly melt, stirring frequently. When the chocolate is completely melted, turn on the blender again and slowly pour the chocolate through the feed chute.
Blend until well combined. Pour the mixture into glasses or ramekins and let sit in the fridge to set fora least one hour.
Enjoy!
