Funeral Biscuits
Ingredients
1 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Molasses
1 Vegan Egg ( I used Follow Your heart Vegan Eggs but Bob’s Red Mill Vegan Egg would work great too)
2 1/2 Cup Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
2 TSP Ginger
Directions
Pre Heat oven to 350. Line one cookie sheet with parchment paper
Cream together the butter and sugar
Add Molasses and the egg
In a separate bowl stir together all the dry ingredients
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Roll out dough on a cutting board and cut into circles.
Sprinkle a little sugar on top of cookies
Bake for 10-12 minutes
