This is a great quick switch recipe to have on hand. I have been eyeing some hand pies in bon appétit and I don’t feel like making the effort to comb through the recipe and make exact subs, that’s when this recipe comes in handy, I’ll make this yummy dough, toss in the cranberries, and pinch that pie and bake it!
